What is Mole Valley Community Fund?
The Mole Valley Community Fund supports local projects tackling need and disadvantage across the Mole Valley district.
Managed by volunteers and supported by the Community Foundation for Surrey, the fund connects local donors and stakeholders passionate about making a difference in their community. It aims to provide sustainable funding for community projects, charities and voluntary groups in Mole Valley.
This area model, successful in other parts of Surrey, encourages individuals to donate now or leave a legacy, ensuring ongoing support for the area they care about.
How we help people
The aim of the Mole Valley Community Fund is to establish a permanent community fund to support and benefit local residents, community projects and voluntary groups in the district. With your help we can help build a stronger community by supporting local causes that can make impact and that will empower Mole Valley to help itself now and in the future.

To create a permanent source of community capital to support and benefit voluntary and community groups, charities and local residents in Mole Valley.
To encourage local philanthropy and raise the level of local giving from residents and local businesses.

Make a donation
Donations can be made at any level, either as one-off donations or spread over a period of time. If you would like to donate shares, property or land, please contact us at giving@cfsurrey.org.uk.
Some donors may wish to fund specific types of project or projects in a particular geographical area, and we are very happy to discuss this.
The easiest way to give is through the form at the top of the page, which will direct your donation directly to Mole Valley Community Fund. If you would prefer to make a bank transfer, please contact us.
Don’t forget Gift Aid! Using Gift Aid means that for every pound you give, the Mole Valley Community Fund will receive an extra 25p from HM Revenue & Customs, helping your donation go further.
Apply for funding
Applying for funding is easy. Simply fill out a quick Expression of Interest Form (EOI) to start the application process.
Tell us what you want to do, and how much you would like to apply for. The EOI is designed to save you time and provide us with a little more information about your funding needs prior to making a full application.
The grants team will then review your EOI against our fund criteria and advise you if we can invite you forward to make a full application.
We welcome applications that prioritise addressing the needs of residents at disadvantage because of economic or health circumstances, living with poverty or other need or inequality.
We usually consider small grants for up to £2500. If your project requires a higher level of award, please consider making an application to CF Surrey, or contact us to discuss further.
