Catenum Fund

We are privileged to manage the Catenum Fund, established in 2019 by John and his wife. Initially focused on supporting a rowing club dear to John's heart, the fund's mission has since broadened to harness the transformative power of sport, particularly by enhancing accessibility for individuals with disabilities and additional needs.

Empowering Through Sport

The Catenum Fund is dedicated to supporting sports clubs and initiatives that promote inclusivity, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to participate in physical activities. A notable example is the grant awarded to Frensham Pond Sailability Club near Farnham. This funding enabled the purchase of a specially adapted dinghy, allowing individuals with physical disabilities to experience the joy and freedom of sailing.

Extending Community Support

Beyond sports, the Catenum Fund reflects John's commitment to community service by supporting local Citizens Advice Bureaus, where he volunteers. This extension underscores the fund's dedication to addressing diverse community needs and promoting well-being across Surrey.

We are immensely grateful to John and his wife for their unwavering support of local causes in Woking and across Surrey. Their generosity and vision continue to make a significant impact, fostering inclusivity and enriching lives through both sport and community service.
