Kaye Family Fund

We are proud to manage the Kaye Family Fund, an Endowment Fund established by a local family to provide long-term support to communities in West Surrey. This fund is dedicated to enhancing leisure and recreational facilities, particularly through sport-based initiatives that benefit young people.

Sustained Support for the Community

As an Endowment Fund, the Kaye Family Fund generates income each quarter, ensuring sustainable funding for community projects that align with its mission. The fund plays a crucial role in creating opportunities for young people to develop key life skills, build confidence, and engage in enriching activities.

Making a Real Impact

The Kaye Family Fund has provided transformational support to several organisations, including:

Walton Firs Foundation – £60,000 Grant

The Walton Firs Foundation is a well-loved outdoor activity centre offering camping, skills training, and adventure-based learning for young people. With a grant of £60,000, the centre developed a high ropes course—an exciting challenge that helps young people:

✅ Build self-confidence
✅ Develop teamwork and communication skills
✅ Overcome fears in a safe and structured environment

This investment has enabled countless young people to push their limits, learn resilience, and experience personal growth through adventure-based education.

Bagshot Infant School – £3,160 Grant

A special needs support centre in Surrey, Bagshot Infant School provides tailored education for children with physical disabilities, autism, and speech and language delays. The Kaye Family Fund awarded a grant of £3,160 to support horse riding lessons for a group of 8-10 vulnerable children facing emotional and behavioural challenges.

Through these therapeutic riding sessions, the children experienced:

✅ Improved communication skills
✅ Increased confidence and emotional well-being
✅ A greater ability to integrate into mainstream school life

This initiative demonstrated the power of recreational activities in helping children thrive and reach their full potential.

A Lasting Legacy

By investing in sport, recreation, and outdoor learning, the Kaye Family Fund continues to positively shape the lives of young people in West Surrey. Through ongoing grant funding, this endowment ensures that future generations will benefit from enriched experiences, greater opportunities, and stronger communities.
